一、金牌的意義 The Meaning of Golden Medal
It is known to all that olympic games holds every four years, so it is the greatest stage for the players. They work so hard to stand in the highest place and win the golden medal. A golden medal means fame and money, even the glory of a country. Golden medal is important, but the spirit of the sports will not defined by it.

Everybody cares about the golden medal. For the audience, they count the number of the golden medal and hope their countries will rank the good place, so that they will feel proud of their countries. For the players, they need the golden medal to prove themselves. They have practised so hard and a golden medal is the best result. They can fight for their motherlands and it is wonderful to bring honor.
每個(gè)人都關(guān)心金牌。對于觀(guān)眾來(lái)說(shuō),他們在數金牌的數目，希望他們的國家能取得好的排名,這樣他們會(huì )為國家感到自豪。對于運動(dòng)員來(lái)說(shuō),他們需要金牌來(lái)證明自己。他們這么努力練習，一塊金牌就是最好的結果。他們可以為祖國而戰，這是極大的榮譽(yù)。
But competition is cruel, so many athletes join and only one can stand on the top. Golden medal is of great importance, while the spirit of competition is above all. A athlete should not be denied by not winning the first place. Enjoying the competition and do the best are the right attitude.
但競爭是殘酷的,許多運動(dòng)員參加,只有一個(gè)可以站在最高領(lǐng)獎臺。金牌很重要,而競爭精神是在一切之上。一個(gè)運動(dòng)員不應該因為沒(méi)有贏(yíng)得第一名而被否定。享受比賽，盡最大的努力才是正確的態(tài)度。
二、女排精神 The Spirit of Women’s Volleyball Team
Chinese women’s volleyball team once achieved great honor in the last century, their spirit of never giving up inspired so many people. But during the last decade, as the old volleyball players retired and the new ones were not stronger enough, the team met difficulty. While winning an important match announced their return.
中國女排曾經(jīng)在上個(gè)世紀取得了極大的榮譽(yù),她們永不放棄的精神激勵了很多人。但在過(guò)去的十年中,由于老一代排球運動(dòng)員退役了和新人還不夠強,團隊遇到了困難。然而在贏(yíng)得了一場(chǎng)重要的比賽后，女排宣布了她們的回歸。
Last night, Chinese women’s volleyball team had an very impotant match against Brazil team in the Rio olympic games. The hope to win was very very little, because Brazil team was such strong, they were the champion of last two olympic games and Chinese team only won one match for the last 18 records. What’s more, almost all the audiences supported Brazil team.
昨晚, 在里約熱內盧奧運會(huì )，中國女排有一場(chǎng)很重要的比賽，對陣巴西女排。贏(yíng)的幾率非常小,因為巴西女排很強，她們兩屆奧運會(huì )的冠軍,中國隊只贏(yíng)了一場(chǎng)比賽在過(guò)去的18場(chǎng)記錄中。更重要的是,幾乎所有的觀(guān)眾都支持巴西隊。
It seemed to win the match was not possible for the Chinese team, but the girls were very strong and insistented to fight for the last mimute. Even they lost the first game, they never gave up. Especially for the last two point, they were so brave and finally won the match.
似乎中國隊贏(yíng)得比賽是不可能的,但是女孩們都非常強大,堅持爭取到最后一刻。即使她們輸了第一局比賽,但是她們從不放棄。特別是最后兩個(gè)賽點(diǎn),她們勇敢,最后贏(yíng)得了比賽。
This is the spirit of women’s volleyball team, we saw these girls fight for the last minute, they are the best team.
