　　職責描述:

　　1. Direct responsibility for managing the daily activities of the production, such as 5s, efficiency, output, discipline,

　　直接負責車(chē)間日常管理,比如5s,生產(chǎn)效率,產(chǎn)量,紀律等

　　2. Plan and facilitate work for the production team. Facilitates internal/external production activities

　　計劃、促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)團隊工作,促進(jìn)內外部生產(chǎn)相關(guān)工作。

　　3. Monitor / push improvement from operator, production on site, follow up preventive actions, non-conformance activities, corrective actions, management of change.

　　監控、推進(jìn)現場(chǎng)員工改善,跟進(jìn)改善措施、預防措施、不合格品處理、變更管理。

　　4. Participate the investigation of complain from customers.

　　參與顧客投訴原因的調查。

　　5. Assistance to QE with the disposal of the defect product,and confirm the requirement really be performed effectively.

　　協(xié)助品質(zhì)工程師對不合格品的分析處理,并確認效果。

　　6. Insure production daily report to be done in time.

　　確保生產(chǎn)日報及時(shí)完成。

　　7. Plan daily supplies management. Especially BMS tester, welding machine

　　對本部門(mén)日常用品編制計劃及管理,尤其是對BMS測試機,點(diǎn)焊機的管理。

　　8. Delivery on time base on production planning, adjust all resource of operator with quality standard

　　根據生產(chǎn)計劃,協(xié)調生產(chǎn)部門(mén)內部人員的安排,保證質(zhì)量并準時(shí)完成交貨

　　9. Daily audit, such as checking list, ,,,,,,

　　產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的日常巡查:檢查清單,溫濕度記錄表,設備點(diǎn)檢表,員工技能卡,設備異常的記錄等,確保提前發(fā)現問(wèn)題并排除隱患

　　10. Feedback in time with action

　　異常問(wèn)題的反饋,出現問(wèn)題能第一時(shí)間向上反饋并展開(kāi)行動(dòng)

　　11. Improve the technical skill

　　學(xué)習并指導車(chē)間技術(shù)員提升工作技能

　　任職要求:

　　- Technical secondary school or above graduates

　　中專(zhuān)或以上學(xué)歷

　　- At least three years inspection experience.

　　3年以上現場(chǎng)管理工作經(jīng)驗

　　- Hardworking and willing to learn

　　刻苦耐勞,樂(lè )于學(xué)

　　- Has production supervisor working experience will be preferred.

　　有生產(chǎn)主管經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
