　　1、 Familiar with related mechanic, electric and related major foundation knowledge, and has more than 10 year experience on related area、

　　熟悉相關(guān)機械、電氣以及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的基礎知識,并在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作10年以上;

　　2、 Be responsible for automation assembly process daily management which focus on each zone waste rate analysis, and set priority with Paratoo analysis、 Issue improvement plan and lead the team to implement that

　　負責自動(dòng)裝配過(guò)程日常管理工作,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注每個(gè)工作區的廢品率分析,應用柏拉圖分析設定優(yōu)先等級。提出改進(jìn)計劃和領(lǐng)導團隊完成項目。

　　3、 Monitor process quality issue once received customer complaint, or internal quality issue from QA, will lead the team to do investigation, root cause analysis and find action plan and follow up until closed

　　監控過(guò)程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,一旦收到客戶(hù)投訴,或者來(lái)自QA的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題檢測報告,將負責領(lǐng)導生產(chǎn)團隊進(jìn)行調查,原因分析以及尋找糾正措施計劃,并跟蹤直到完成。

　　4、 Have capability on preparing related validation plan and project (for equipment / product), and be indecently complete the validation report

　　準備有關(guān)項目(設備/產(chǎn)品)的驗證計劃,并能夠獨立完成驗證報告;

　　5、 Have capability on communication in English, be capable to communicate with oversea engineer on the project

　　具備良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力,能夠就該項目與國外工程師進(jìn)行溝通交流;

　　6、 Have capability on writing related document (including drawing, product specification, raw material specification, process map and process risk management and audit)

　　具備獨立編寫(xiě)相關(guān)文件的能力(包括圖紙、產(chǎn)品規范、原材料規范、工藝流程圖及過(guò)程風(fēng)險管理編制/審核);

　　7、 Have capability to train other engineer and sub technicians and guide how to work

　　具備對其他工程師及下屬技工進(jìn)行培訓并指導其工作的能力。
