英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作：教你寫(xiě)好英文便簽

便箋(Short Note)屬于英文信函的一種，實(shí)際是一種簡(jiǎn)短信函，形式比一般書(shū)信簡(jiǎn)單，大多使用非正式語(yǔ)體。便箋經(jīng)常用于熟識的朋友、同事之間，因而臨時(shí)性強，內容簡(jiǎn)短，格式簡(jiǎn)便。寫(xiě)便箋時(shí)需要寫(xiě)清以下內容：時(shí)間、人名及事由。

從格式上來(lái)講，便箋的稱(chēng)呼和結尾謙稱(chēng)部分是比較隨意的，可以直接寫(xiě)上對方以及自己的名字，省略類(lèi)似于Mr., Dear, Sincerely yours等禮貌用語(yǔ)。時(shí)間的寫(xiě)法也相對較隨意，寫(xiě)星期幾或者月日都是可以接受的，同時(shí)還可以具體到幾點(diǎn)鐘。

便箋的內容一般是涉及請假、預約、通知、訪(fǎng)友不遇留言、接電話(huà)留言等等，下面我們列舉一些例子供大家參考。

1. 請假條

請假條可由別人代寫(xiě)，也可由請假人自己寫(xiě)。無(wú)論采取何種形式，其內容必須包括請假事由和期限，必要時(shí)還需附上醫生的診斷或其他的可以證明請假事由的書(shū)面材料。

2. 約會(huì )條

約會(huì )條主要用于邀朋友相聚等，內容必須包含約會(huì )的事由，如果已經(jīng)確定了時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)，則應將具體時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)寫(xiě)在便箋上。

3. 電話(huà)留言條

電話(huà)留言(telephone message)便條是在給別人打來(lái)電話(huà)時(shí)，該人不在場(chǎng)，你替他或她接了電話(huà)后留給該人的字條。寫(xiě)這種便條時(shí)，首先要告訴對方誰(shuí)打來(lái)的電話(huà)，再把電話(huà)內容轉告清楚。
