電話(huà)面試英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)問(wèn)題
很多外企在當面的面試之前會(huì )有一個(gè)電話(huà)英語(yǔ)面試，時(shí)間一般在20~30分鐘左右，用以核實(shí)求職者的背景和英文表達力。新東方求職面試英語(yǔ)研究專(zhuān)家馮老師建議，求職者在投遞簡(jiǎn)歷以后要做好各種充分的準備。
準備幾個(gè)基本問(wèn)題 如果你提前知道了電話(huà)面試的時(shí)間，則可以在面試時(shí)把簡(jiǎn)歷、coverletter放在你旁邊的桌子上，直接運用里面的句子回答問(wèn)題。一些基本的問(wèn)題，你可以事先準備好答案。通常，在電話(huà)英語(yǔ)面試的時(shí)候會(huì )提道：
Please tell me something unreflected at yourC.V./about yourself/your experience/your activities.談?wù)勀愫?jiǎn)歷中沒(méi)有提及的一些事情/談?wù)勀阕约?你的經(jīng)歷/你參與的活動(dòng)。
An example of team work.舉出一個(gè)你參與團體合作的例子。
Why do you choose this position?你為什么選擇這個(gè)職位。
Why should we hire you?為什么我們應該雇用你? 開(kāi)放式討論如In formationTechnology(信息技術(shù))或者the role of university in society(大學(xué)的社會(huì )角色)等，主要考查求職者的思維方式。
自由提問(wèn)。求職者可以事先準備一些問(wèn)題去詢(xún)問(wèn)面試官。
聽(tīng)不清時(shí)怎么辦
如果有話(huà)語(yǔ)沒(méi)有聽(tīng)清楚，求職者不必緊張，可以鎮定地請求再說(shuō)一遍�？梢杂玫降木渥樱� 字串8 pardon?請再說(shuō)一遍 Would you please simplify the question?您能把這個(gè)問(wèn)題說(shuō)得簡(jiǎn)單些嗎?

Would you please speak a little bit louder?I can not hear you clearly.您說(shuō)話(huà)聲音能大一點(diǎn)好嗎?我聽(tīng)不清楚。
如何應對突襲電話(huà)面試 當你正在球場(chǎng)或者公交車(chē)上突然接到了面試電話(huà)，此時(shí)沒(méi)有任何準備，建議你首先試探看看是否可以給你個(gè)準備時(shí)間稍后再進(jìn)行電話(huà)面試�？梢杂玫降木渥樱�
May I call you back half an hour l ater?May I have your phone number and recall you? 如果可以贏(yíng)得時(shí)間，你應該馬上趕回去，攤開(kāi)資料寫(xiě)出一個(gè)提綱，從容應答。如果對方不同意推遲時(shí)間，你應該馬上找個(gè)安靜的地方坐下來(lái)開(kāi)始回答。

4.Call from a landline to minimise the chance of interference or lost connection.
用固定電話(huà)進(jìn)行電話(huà)面試，以避免發(fā)生信號中斷或信號干擾。
5.Take things slowly –there is no need to rush.
慢慢來(lái)，沒(méi)有什么事需要你急著(zhù)去做的。

1.Do something else while talking on the phone –give the call your full attention.
邊打電話(huà)邊做其他事情——你應該專(zhuān)心致志地進(jìn)行電話(huà)面試。
2.Fail to take the interview seriously –it's your opportunity to make a good impression.

3.Forget to listen and respond to the interviewer's questions.
