自我治理視角下知識員工的職業(yè)生涯規劃
摘要:知識員工是擁有較高人力資本的特殊群體。伴隨著(zhù)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、技術(shù)創(chuàng )新和競爭加劇,企業(yè)內外環(huán)境迅速變化。為了使知識員工能夠實(shí)現自我價(jià)值,就必須從自我治理的角度出發(fā),主動(dòng)進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯規劃。本文首先探討了知識員工的定義和特點(diǎn),分析了職業(yè)選擇中的各種需求,進(jìn)而提出職業(yè)生涯的自我治理流程,即“自我評價(jià)、目標設置、確定實(shí)現途徑、效價(jià)評估”,終極促進(jìn)知識員工的自我實(shí)現和企業(yè)的發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞:知識員工自我治理職業(yè)生涯規劃
Abstract:Knowledge workers are the special group who own higher human capital.With the development of economy and technology innovation,as well as keener competition,enterprises’ inner and outer enviroments have rapidly changed.Knowledge workers must take the responsibility of their own career development to realize their value.This essay concludes the defination and features of knowledge workers,specifies kinds of demands when facing various opportunities,and summerizes the following processes,that is,self?assessment,goal setting,determinations of approaches and titer evaluation.These measures will promote knowledge workers’ success and enerprises’ development.
