新時(shí)期國有企業(yè)思想政治工作的挑戰和對策

摘要：做好新時(shí)期國有企業(yè)思想政治工作，不僅關(guān)系到職工隊伍的***穩定與企業(yè)發(fā)展，而且關(guān)系到社會(huì )的***穩定和社會(huì )經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。本文分析了當前國有企業(yè)思想政治工作面臨的挑戰，并從加強國有企業(yè)思想政治工作隊伍建設、創(chuàng )新思想政治工作等方面提出了對策。
