“Work with me”和我一起工作
Jake說(shuō)：“It’s this or nothing.”要么這個(gè)，要么沒(méi)有。
代替走開(kāi)，你可以說(shuō)…
Ian說(shuō)：“Work with me here. I’m sure we can come to an agreement.”和我在這兒工作。我肯定我們會(huì )達成一致的。
作為對手，這會(huì )使對方更親近你而不是他的觀(guān)點(diǎn)。
“Tough on us”對我們來(lái)說(shuō)比較困難
Jake說(shuō):“You’ll also need to hand over control of the department”你也需要交出部門(mén)的控制權
代替受挫，你可以說(shuō)…
Ian說(shuō): “That would be tough on us, how about…”那對我們來(lái)說(shuō)比較困難，要不…
Ian強迫Jake同情他并且給與讓步。
“I’m a little disappointed…”我有點(diǎn)失望…
Jake說(shuō): “I’m afraid we can’t give you more for that price”我害怕對那個(gè)價(jià)格我們不能給你更多了。
代替結束談判，你可以說(shuō)…
Ian說(shuō): “I’m a little disappointed. Is that all you can offer?”我有點(diǎn)失望。真是你能給我的全部嗎？
這會(huì )讓Jake想給Ian更好的報價(jià)！
“I understand…”我明白…
Ian說(shuō): “I understand where you’re coming from, however…”我明白你來(lái)自哪里，然而…
同情對方來(lái)表示你愿意從他的角度來(lái)看待事情，但是也要讓他看到你的觀(guān)點(diǎn)。
“I’m willing to compromise”我愿意讓步
Ian說(shuō): “I’m willing to compromise, but you’ll have to do better than that.”我愿意讓步，但是你必須做的`更好。
表示你愿意和對方工作那么他或覺(jué)得投資在雙方都覺(jué)得公道的結果。
