速度訓練的托福閱讀技巧

具體方法：1.避免眼球沒(méi)有規律的掃視;
2.避免中途回視;
3.加快眼動(dòng)速度，逐步擴大;
4.視知覺(jué)廣度。視知覺(jué)廣度大，由于眼球注視時(shí)間短和中途回視的次數少(眼動(dòng)速度快)，閱讀的平均速度就比較快。
