寫(xiě)英文簡(jiǎn)歷需要注意哪些問(wèn)題？

　　英文語(yǔ)法和句式上的問(wèn)題略過(guò)，那屬于英文寫(xiě)作。這里只說(shuō)文字設計(typography)，雖然高級的文字設計和內容從來(lái)密不可分。

　　簡(jiǎn)是大多數人實(shí)踐文字設計的最常見(jiàn)載體。人人都希望簡(jiǎn)給人留下好印象，因此或多或少會(huì )告誡自己「注意排版」。問(wèn)題在于具體注意些什么。以下十條是最基本的規則，若能做到，你的英文簡(jiǎn)已經(jīng)比 90% 的中國人(包括英文系學(xué)生)的規美觀(guān)了。

　　一、標點(diǎn)符號一律使用半角。

　　二、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問(wèn)號和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個(gè)半角空格。

　　錯誤：Hi,Im an entrepreneur.Can you make this app for me for free?Because,you know,I have this brilliant idea but I dont know how to code.

　　正確：Hi, Im an entrepreneur. Can you make this app for me for free? Because, you know, I have this brilliant idea but I dont know how to code.

　　叁、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問(wèn)號和它們前面的字符之間不可留任何空格。

　　錯誤：I think our current version is too skeuomorphic ,why dont we ,uh ,make it flatter so that it looks more metro-ish?

　　正確：I think our current version is too skeuomorphic, why dont we, uh, make it flatter so that it looks more metro-ish?

　　四、將長(cháng)串數字分開(kāi)寫(xiě)，降低辨識的難度。

　　錯誤：13927396856

　　正確：139 2739 6856 或 139-2739-6856

　　五、書(shū)名、雜名、電影名、音樂(lè )專(zhuān)輯名、英文中出現的外文(包括拼音，人名除外)用斜體。

　　錯誤：In 2008, I created this amazing service during my internship at Playboy which is totally LBS avant la lettre.

　　正確：In 2008, I created this amazing service during my internship at Playboy which is totally LBS avant la lettre.

　　六、對于電話(huà)區號應用不同的符號區分。

　　錯誤：+86-196-2669-6856

　　正確：(86) 1962669 6856 或 (86) 196-266 9-6856

　　七、對于有序列表，應用「阿拉伯數字 + 英文句點(diǎn) + 半角空格」的方式。

　　錯誤：

　　Three words I hate:

　　1.Innovation.

　　2, Leverage.

　　3 Synergy.

　　正確：

　　Three words I hate:

　　1. Innovation.

　　2. Leverage.

　　3. Synergy.

　　八、括號弧線(xiàn)外要留空格，弧線(xiàn)內不要。

　　錯誤：Byte Press(née Tangcha ) is the best Chinese-language eBook app. Period.

　　正確：Byte Press (née Tangcha) is the best Chinese-language eBook app. Period.

　　但同一個(gè)單詞內的括號例外：

　　錯誤：After the linguistic turn, people are getting addicted to pretentious bracketed words such as ‘(ex) plain (ed)’.

　　正確：After the linguistic turn, people are getting addicted to pretentious bracketed words such as ‘(ex)plain(ed)’.

　　九、用彎引號，不要用直(的彎)引號。

　　錯誤："Bazinga!" You are pwned!

　　正確：“Bazinga!” ‘You are pwned!’

　　十、正確使用各種短橫：em dash () 是破折號，en dash () 用來(lái)連接年份、時(shí)間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。

　　錯誤：Glenn Gould (1932-1982) is probably my one and only hero - the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.

　　正確：Glenn Gould (19321982) is probably my one and only hero the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.

　　注意：

　　1. 若寫(xiě)作時(shí)用兩個(gè) hyphen (--) 代替破折號，Word 等文書(shū)處理軟件會(huì )自動(dòng)將其轉 em dash。有于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫(xiě)作通用的替代法。

　　2. 破折號(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習慣之不同，無(wú)對錯之分。惟請在同一份簡(jiǎn)中保持統一。
