Respected interviewer，
Good morning, my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for an interview, I would like to answer whatever you may raise, and I hope I can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in September.
Now I will introduce myself briefly, I am 21 years old, born in Heilongjiang province, northeast of china, and I am currently a senior student at Beijing XX University. My major is packaging engineering. And I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in June. In the past 4 years, I spend most of my time on study; I have passed CET4/6 with ease. And I have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. Besides, I have attended several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, and I have taken a tour to some big factory and company. Through these I have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry.
Compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978, our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkward. But I have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. I guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, I would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal, I like my major packaging and I won’t give up, if I can pursue my master degree here I will combine law with my former education.
I will work hard in these fields, patent, trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? I cannot describe it well, but I know I am optimistic and confident. Sometimes I prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but I am not lonely, I like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything, my favorite pastime is volleyball, playing cards or surf online.
Through college life, I learn how to balance between study and entertainment. By the way, I was a actor of our amazing drama club. I had a few glorious memories on stage. That is my pride.

1、分析自己哪種type的人是銀行所看重的呢?在自己的經(jīng)歷中尋找可以證明自己具備各個(gè)qualification的例子(最好是小故事)，注意，不建議去編故事，欺騙的結果會(huì )很慘的。如果你的經(jīng)歷較少，建議你先將自己的經(jīng)歷仔細分析和挖掘一下，考慮這些經(jīng)歷可以著(zhù)重說(shuō)明你具備哪種技能，進(jìn)而在今后的面試中將面試官向這些方面引導，勝算會(huì )更大。
2、分析行業(yè)真正的去了解銀行業(yè)，知道這個(gè)行業(yè)在做什么、未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向怎樣、有哪些重要的 player以及他們之間的核心競爭力差異等等(在中國活躍的投行有那么幾家，在管理運作和優(yōu)勢劣勢方面仍有一定的不同，要通過(guò)新聞等各種渠道了解它們)。
3、分析目標公司知道這個(gè)公司的優(yōu)勢在哪里(去網(wǎng)站上仔細看看吧)，曾經(jīng)做過(guò)哪些deal和擁有的大客戶(hù)(特別是在亞太市場(chǎng)上，做一個(gè)news run)，他們的文化(如果可以說(shuō)明你的性格適合這種文化就更好了，如Goldman的Team Player文化)等等。
4、分析你要申請的部門(mén)和職位投行有很多部門(mén)，工作性質(zhì)差異非常大，對每個(gè)人的要求也就不太一樣。而且，在列舉公司業(yè)績(jì)的時(shí)候也要有的放矢。舉個(gè)例子，QFII就不是IBD的業(yè)務(wù)，不良資產(chǎn)處置在Goldman里也不是IBD的業(yè)務(wù)。在面試IBD的.時(shí)候強調這些，并不一定能夠有效的刺激面試官的神經(jīng)。
5、熟悉求職簡(jiǎn)歷上寫(xiě)的都是自己曾經(jīng)做過(guò)的事情，沒(méi)有理由不知道具體的內容。投行里的人喜歡看細節、刨根問(wèn)底，希望你對簡(jiǎn)歷上所有的細節都100%了解并可以很好的陳述，從而不至于面試官誤認為你是在欺騙。
6、模擬面試如果有可能的話(huà)，請一個(gè)有銀行面試經(jīng)歷的同學(xué)給你一個(gè)mock interview，會(huì )讓你很快的進(jìn)入狀態(tài)的，模擬面試后，你自己也可以給自己打分，并進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。
