Abstract

   Hans Christian Anderson was a famous writer in the 19th century in Denmark. He is best remembered for his children’s tales. His fairy tales were translated into many languages. The best one was translated by a Chinese translator named Ye Junjian. Ye found the poetical beauty and comic humor in Anderson’s stories. In this paper the writer uses the theory of translation equivalence to explain how Ye did to achieve the most aesthetic effects and the equivalence of poetical beauty and comic humor in the original work. According to what has been discussed, in the last part of the paper, the writer comes to a conclusion of how to test the translation and why Ye’s version was regarded as a good translation.

摘   要

漢斯，安徒生是丹麥著(zhù)名作家。他尤以其所著(zhù)童話(huà)而聞名。他的童話(huà)被譯成多種語(yǔ)言，其中最受好評的是中國翻譯家葉君健的譯本。葉運用其獨特的眼光，發(fā)現了安徒生童話(huà)中所蘊涵的詩(shī)意的美和喜劇性的幽默。本文重在討論葉君健是怎樣運用 “等值” 理論來(lái)表達出原文的美學(xué)效果和體現出其詩(shī)意的美和喜劇性幽默的。在本文的最后1部分，作者總結了怎樣衡量1篇翻譯的質(zhì)量的好壞以及葉君健之譯本廣為流傳的原因。
