建材企業(yè)JIT采購探析提綱

摘  要
JIT采購方式是由日本豐田首先采用的，為達到零庫存、零缺陷、零故障的一比較先進(jìn)的采購方式。它能給企業(yè)帶來(lái)采購、庫存、運輸等諸多成本的降低和管理的提高。目前國內建材采購中的實(shí)行JIT采購不多，大部分還是采用傳統的采購模式，JIT采購在建材企業(yè)中的應用有著(zhù)積極的作用，JIT采購在建材行業(yè)中的發(fā)展空間很大。這方面的學(xué)術(shù)研究也不是很多，且比較零散。對建材的JIT采購進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步深入的研究是有價(jià)值的。
本文介紹了JIT采購的概念、原理及其特點(diǎn)，并將其與傳統的采購方式進(jìn)行了一些比較，對建材企業(yè)的采購狀況進(jìn)行了分析，對其存在的問(wèn)題也進(jìn)行了剖析，結合JIT采購的特征，分析了建材JIT采購的意義，最后針對具體的實(shí)施探討了實(shí)施前的準備，并提出了一些具體實(shí)施的步驟。
本文系運用了理論研究與應用研究相結合的方法。全文分五個(gè)部分：第一部五部分），提出了個(gè)人對企業(yè)JIT采購的一點(diǎn)看法。
本文主要創(chuàng )新體現為在對前輩研究的基礎上，對建材企業(yè)JIT采購進(jìn)行了比較全面的研究。

Abstract
The JIT procurement first appeared in Japan. It is a progressive means of procurement to reach the goal of none inventory, defect and breakdown. It can reduce costs of procurement, inventory and transportation and improve the level of management in building materials company. At present, there are few companies in building materials field implementing the JIT when they purchase. Most of them is using the traditional ways to purchase. JIT procurement is acting positively in building materials company and it has a promoting future in this field. However the academic study of JIT’s application in such a field is few and is not comprihensive. The deep study of JIT procurement in builing materials company is necessary and valuable.
The paper introduce the JIT’s concept, priciple and features and the differences between the JIT procurement and the traditional ways of purchasing. It analysises the current situations and problems in building materials company. Combined with the features of JIT procurement, and discuss the significance of JIT procurement in building materials field. Finally, it probe the ways of implementing the JIT procurement and what it needs prepare.
The paper combines theoretical research method and pratical research method. It is divided into five sections. First, the JIT’s concept, pri ciple and features are discussed. Second, it analysis building materials company’s current situation and proposes its problems. Third, it discuss the JIT procurement’s advantages. Fourth, it gives the detail of implementing JIT. Finally, it states my own opinion of the implement of JIT procurement in building materials field.
The innovative point in this paper is that it is relativelly comprehensive in the research of JIT procurement of building materials.
