富二代是指繼承巨額財產(chǎn)的富豪子女。他們繼承的財產(chǎn)包括房屋及現金，且財產(chǎn)中房屋的市場(chǎng)價(jià)值與擁有的現金總額相加一般都在一千萬(wàn)元人民幣以上，也就是我們所謂的“千萬(wàn)家財”。繼承了千萬(wàn)家財的富家子女才算是富二代。
富二代有知識成功型、艱苦奮斗型，這兩類(lèi)在富二代中是主體，也有紈绔子弟敗家型，也有一小部分最后較為平庸。有專(zhuān)家認為富人的財富應有部分捐獻給社會(huì )而不是全部繼承給子女，否則容易導致社會(huì )貧富分化加劇，不利于社會(huì )的穩定與經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展;但是財富不在一定規則下傳承就很難出現中國本土的貴族。
