公共英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作應試技巧
a．通知內容與便條相似。
通知形式有書(shū)面通知和口頭通知，寫(xiě)通知時(shí)只要將通知內容按層次有步驟地交待清楚便行。如果通知事項不止一件，可用first，second，third，then等詞將事件一一列出。
b.口頭通知：
口頭通知開(kāi)頭可用：
�、貲ear Parents(開(kāi)家長(cháng)會(huì )時(shí)可用）
�、贔ellow students/Boys and girls
�、跮adies and gentlemen
然后再寫(xiě)上
�、費ay I have your attention, please? I have an announcement to make.
�、贖ere‘s an announcement, please listen to me.
�、跘ttention please. Following is an announcement.
c.結束語(yǔ)：
That‘s all．Thank you．
典型例文：
Attention, please, comrades. I have something to tell you. There is going to be a lecture from 2:00 to 4:00 on Thursday afternoon, January 25th. It will be held in Room 302 of our classroom building. Professor Yu from Qing Hua University will give us the lecture. The topic will be “English Idioms”. Please be there on time. We’ll have a discussion in groups the next day. After that, everyone should write an article on it. That’s all. Thank you!
