空乘面試技巧分享
空乘面試時(shí)候不要緊張，保持自信和自然的笑容，
一方面可以幫助你放松心情，令面試的氣氛變得更融洽愉快;
另一方面，可令考官認為你充滿(mǎn)自信，能面對壓力。
面試前
應對所有職員保持禮貌，要知道，他們可能成為你的同事。 進(jìn)門(mén)前先敲門(mén)，和主考人禮貌地打招呼。
面試時(shí)
談話(huà)時(shí)要與考官有恰當的眼神接觸，給主考官誠懇、認真的印象。點(diǎn)頭不可太急，否則會(huì )給人留下不耐煩及想插嘴的印象。談話(huà)時(shí)切忌東張西望，此舉有欠缺誠意之嫌。
身體語(yǔ)言：
待主考人邀請時(shí)才禮貌地坐下，坐的時(shí)候要保持筆直。 留意自己的身體語(yǔ)言，要大方得體。蹺腿、左搖右擺、雙臂交疊胸前、單手或雙手托腮都不適宜。
切忌一些缺乏自信的小動(dòng)作：男士應避免把弄衣衫、領(lǐng)帶及將手插進(jìn)褲袋內;女士不宜經(jīng)常撥弄頭發(fā)，過(guò)分造作。避免把弄手指或原子筆、眼鏡及說(shuō)話(huà)時(shí)用手掩嘴。 面試完結離去時(shí)，向主考人道謝及說(shuō)“再見(jiàn)”。
回答問(wèn)題的態(tài)度：
態(tài)度誠懇，不宜過(guò)分客套和謙卑。不太明白主考人的問(wèn)題時(shí)，應禮貌地請他重復。 陳述自己的長(cháng)處時(shí)，要誠實(shí)而不夸張，要視空乘職位的要求，充分表現自己有關(guān)的能力和才干。不懂得回答的問(wèn)題，不妨坦白承認，給主考人揭穿反而會(huì )弄巧成拙。
語(yǔ)調：
語(yǔ)調要肯定、正面，表現信心盡量避免中、英文夾雜。盡量少用語(yǔ)氣助詞，避免給主考人一種用語(yǔ)不清、冗長(cháng)、不認真及缺乏自信的感覺(jué)。講錯話(huà)要補救 。在講錯話(huà)之后，你亦不要放棄，必須重新振作，繼續回答其它問(wèn)題。

I: Tell me about yourself and your past experience.
A: For the past 3 years, I have been working in China East Airlines Corporation Limited. I抦 very tolerant of people and have been told that this is one of my strengths. I feel I have a lot to offer as a team member.
I: Why are you interested in this occupation?
A: It抯 always been my dream to be a stewardess. And I like travelling to different places.
I: What do you think is the chief charcteristic for a stewardess?
A: Well, a stewardess should be friendly, courteous, patient and treat passengers kindly and politely.
I: Do you get angry easily?
A: No, I know how to control my temper.
I: If a passenger had a accident, what would you do?
A: I would give him or her basic first aid and ask my partner to call for assistance at the same time.
I: If you are hired, when can you start work?

I: What are your salary expectations?

A: 主要職責就是讓乘客在飛行途中能放松、快樂(lè )，而且好的服務(wù)也是很重要。

A: 我剛做了一次全面的體檢，身體狀況很好。
