我國房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的問(wèn)題與對策研究
 
摘  要: 中國的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)在快速發(fā)展過(guò)程中，整個(gè)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)出現了結構性矛盾突出、投資失衡、房?jì)r(jià)過(guò)高、開(kāi)發(fā)商行為不規范、中介機構失效和監管失控等問(wèn)題。首先本文詳細的分析了上述問(wèn)題，隨后有針對性地提出政策建議。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Real Estate Market in China
 
Abstract: In the course of development of estate in China, always is constitutive a series of problems ineluceing the stewtiwe conflict, imbalance of investment，high price，and unlawful action of the developers，defunct-ion of estate media forms ，and lose control of the government. The paper first analysis the problem in estate market, then gives some countermeasures to how to solve these problems.
