基于價(jià)值鏈的北海第3方物流研究

摘要：本文在價(jià)值鏈理論的基礎上，分析了北海第3方物流供應、渠道、顧客3方面物流活動(dòng)過(guò)程；從柔性、集成性、協(xié)調性等方面分析北海第3方物流供應鏈的競爭力，再從價(jià)值增值時(shí)間和成本增值時(shí)間分析了北海第3方渠道物流優(yōu)勢和劣勢，最后從客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理系統（CRM）和客戶(hù)生命周期分析北海的顧客關(guān)系價(jià)值；結合以上3方面的分析對北海第3方物流價(jià)值鏈增值效益提出建議，力求對北海第3方物流的發(fā)展提供參考價(jià)值。
