論酒店客房服務(wù)質(zhì)量管理

摘要：“質(zhì)量是企業(yè)的生命”這1觀(guān)念已經(jīng)成為當代企業(yè)的基本共識，對于酒店管理也是如此，在市場(chǎng)競爭條件下，酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)成敗的關(guān)鍵在于服務(wù)質(zhì)量。酒店是以建筑物為憑借，通過(guò)為客人提供住宿和飲食而取得經(jīng)營(yíng)收入的旅游企業(yè)，尤其是客房部提供的住宿服務(wù)是酒店服務(wù)的1個(gè)重要組成部分，其質(zhì)量高低直接影響酒店服務(wù)質(zhì)量和客房出租率，所以酒店管理人員應當像保護自己的眼睛1樣高度重視客房部。本文通過(guò)對酒店客房服務(wù)質(zhì)量的內在涵義、目前我國酒店客房服務(wù)質(zhì)量存在的諸如總體服務(wù)水平不高、管理水平不高等問(wèn)題及其產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行探討和分析，提出了培養和強化客房服務(wù)員的服務(wù)意識、設計和完善客房服務(wù)規程并嚴格加以貫徹執行等1系列的提高酒店客房服務(wù)質(zhì)量的措施。
