中國酒店業(yè)發(fā)展研究
 
摘 要:加入WTO后,中國酒店業(yè)面臨國內外市場(chǎng)的劇烈競爭.本文就中國酒店業(yè)的現狀及其存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究，并提出內外結合、培養酒店管理人才、降低經(jīng)營(yíng)成本、增加新型營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方法、實(shí)現營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方式多元化、進(jìn)行酒店特色經(jīng)營(yíng)、改變固有思維模式、積極吸取外來(lái)先進(jìn)觀(guān)念、提高員工素質(zhì)、實(shí)行內部培訓與外出進(jìn)修相結合等戰略。

Research on Chinese Hotel Industry Development
 
Abstract:After joining WTO, Chinese hotel industry faced with domestic and foreign markets’ fierce competition. This article conducts the research on the Chinese hotel industry present situation and its the existence question  and proposes the correlation countermeasures: integrating the internal and external, training the hotel managerial talent, reducing the cost of operation, increasing the new marketing method, realizating the market way, carrying on the hotel characteristic management, changing the inherent thought pattern, positively absorbing the external advanced idea, improving the staff quality, combinating internal training and education and so on.
