論中小學(xué)音樂(lè )教師的素質(zhì)

摘 要
在基礎教育課程改革全面展開(kāi)的背景下,隨著(zhù)科技進(jìn)步,多媒體教學(xué)等現代化科技教育教學(xué)改革,教師素質(zhì)是問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵。在新1輪基礎教育改革的背景下,就中小學(xué)音樂(lè )教育來(lái)說(shuō),新的音樂(lè )教育理念和音樂(lè )課積極性的措施,給音樂(lè )教師隊伍沖擊與挑戰是前所未有的。要使基礎音樂(lè )教育改革順利開(kāi)展,打造1支新型的適應教學(xué)要求的教師隊伍至關(guān)重要。本文主要就中小學(xué)音樂(lè )教師的素質(zhì)這1論題展開(kāi),重點(diǎn)就適應當前教育教學(xué)需要的中小學(xué)音樂(lè )教師的素質(zhì)結構及素質(zhì)的提高與優(yōu)化的途徑!

ABSTRACT
Reforms under the background in the elementary education curriculum which launches comprehensively, along with the advance in technology, modernized science and technology education educational reforms and so on multimedia teaching, the teacher quality is the question key. In under the new turn elementary education reform background, the elementary and middle schools music education, the new music education idea and the music lesson enthusiastic measure, for music teacher troop impact and the challenge is unprecedented. Must cause the foundation music education reform smooth development, makes a new adaptation teaching request the teacher troop to be very important. This article mainly launches on elementary and middle schools music teachers quality this thesis, key elementary and middle schools music teachers quality structure and quality enhancement and optimized way which needs on the adaptation current education teaching!
