當前貨幣政策有效性分析

摘要：本文梳理了20世紀30年代以來(lái)中外學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于貨幣政策有效性問(wèn)題的研究文獻，在此基礎上得出了貨幣政策能否有效發(fā)揮調控作用不在于貨幣政策本身，而取決于其發(fā)揮作用的環(huán)境和條件的研究結論。中國通貨緊縮時(shí)期，貨幣政策完全可以有所作為。關(guān)鍵是要改善國民經(jīng)濟運行環(huán)境，暢通貨幣政策傳導渠道。
