酒店商務(wù)客人與觀(guān)光客人需求比較研究

摘要：商務(wù)客人與觀(guān)光客人是酒店兩大主要客源類(lèi)型，商務(wù)客人與觀(guān)光客人的需求既有相同點(diǎn)也有不同點(diǎn)，兩者對飲食衛生、舒適的客房、安全保障與娛樂(lè )設施的需求相同，但兩者對酒店大堂、酒店設施、房間類(lèi)型與房間價(jià)格的需求也存在明顯的差異。本文通過(guò)對商務(wù)客人與觀(guān)光客人的需求進(jìn)行對比分析，針對商務(wù)客人與觀(guān)光客人需求的共同點(diǎn)與不同點(diǎn)，提出了相應的在酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)服務(wù)中的應用措施。
