關(guān)于企業(yè)進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存管理軟件的設計分析論文

　　摘 要

　　企業(yè)的進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存管理系統在日常經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中起著(zhù)至關(guān)重要的作用，直接影響產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的成本、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量和企業(yè)效益。本論文項目以某化工企業(yè)對進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存管理系統的需求為背景，針對企業(yè)存在的部門(mén)運作獨立、信息資源共享度低等造成的進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存管理低率低下、有效信息率低下、管理方法落后以及材料追蹤難等問(wèn)題，開(kāi)展進(jìn)存銷(xiāo)管理信息系統設計與實(shí)現。

　　論文首先分析了該化工企業(yè)進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存管理的現實(shí)情況及存在的問(wèn)題。針對企業(yè)的進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存業(yè)務(wù)管理實(shí)際情況，詳細調研企業(yè)實(shí)際需求，全方位梳理、分析了企業(yè)進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存管理在原材料采購、原材料倉儲管理、原材料生產(chǎn)跟蹤、產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售及倉儲等方面的功能需求和業(yè)務(wù)流程，明確了進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存管理系統的設計建設目標。根據企業(yè)采購、生產(chǎn)、銷(xiāo)售、倉儲以及質(zhì)量問(wèn)題跟蹤等的需求分析，完成了系統總體方案的設計。在總體方案的設計中，涵蓋了系統需求分析、架構設計、功能設計、性能設計和數據庫設計等方面的分析和設計。通過(guò)系統邏輯架構的構建，采用數據庫搜索引擎和數據同步引擎實(shí)現了包括采購業(yè)務(wù)管理、銷(xiāo)售業(yè)務(wù)管理、倉儲業(yè)務(wù)管理、質(zhì)量檢測業(yè)務(wù)管理、公共基礎數據管理、公共功能管理、系統操作信息管理及系統管理等子功能系統的開(kāi)發(fā)。系統開(kāi)發(fā)完成后，經(jīng)過(guò)全面的系統測試，全面檢驗系統設計功能是否符合設計預期；并最終通過(guò)系統部署實(shí)現并上線(xiàn)運行，全部完成了整個(gè)系統的建設。最后，論文對系統實(shí)現應用后的效果和存在改進(jìn)的內容進(jìn)行了梳理總結。

　　通過(guò)進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存管理系統的實(shí)現，協(xié)助企業(yè)實(shí)現了原材料和產(chǎn)品數據實(shí)時(shí)、準確的動(dòng)態(tài)管理；實(shí)現生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的流程化管理；實(shí)現原材料及產(chǎn)品倉儲、質(zhì)量跟蹤信息的綜合查詢(xún)、統計，為企業(yè)決策層對生產(chǎn)的管理提供準確、實(shí)時(shí)的數據支持。

　　Enterprises Purchase-Sales-Inventory Management System play a c rucial role in dailymanagement for a company, directly affecting cost in the product process, schedule, QualityAssurance and enterprise benefit. The project described in the paper bases on a chem icalcompany who is building its Pu rchase-Sales-Inventory Management System. To solve theproblems such as departments operate independently, lack of information resources sharing ,caused low purchase-sell- Inventory efficiency. Shortage of effective information, disorderedmanagement methods and the difficulty of materials tracking , and to carry out a total solutionof Purchase-Sales-Inventory Management System.

　　This paper first analyzes the present situation of the chemical enterprise enters sells savesthe management and the existing problem s.In view of the enterp rise enters sells saves thebusiness management actual situation, detailed re search enterprise actual demand, all-roundcarding, analysis the enterprise enters sells sa ves the management in the procurement of rawmaterials, raw materials warehouse management, raw material tracking, product sales andstorage aspects of functional requirem ents and business process, the design tar get of enterssells saves the management system.According to the enterprise procurement, production, sales,storage and quality problem tracking requireme nts analysis, completed the system overallscheme design.In the design of overall schem e, covers the system requirements analysis,architecture design, function design, performance analysis and design in aspects of design anddatabase design.Through the construction of the sy stem logic structure, the use of a databasesearch engine and data synchronization engine implements including procurem entmanagement, sales m anagement, warehouse m anagement, quality inspection busines smanagement, public basic data m anagement, public information m anagement and systemmanagement, system operation management DengZi function system development.After a fullsystem test, after the completion of system development, a comprehensive inspection systemdesigned meets the design expectations;And ultimately to deploy and running through thesystem, complete the construction of the whole system.Finally, the paper after the applicationof system implementation and improve the effect of the content of the summary.
