淺談中學(xué)音樂(lè )教師應具備的素質(zhì)

摘   要

在提倡素質(zhì)教育的教學(xué)改革背景之下，音樂(lè )教育是素質(zhì)教育的1個(gè)重要方面，有著(zhù)德育、智育和體育不可替代的作用，而教師的素質(zhì)對學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展和教師自身發(fā)展有著(zhù)直接的影響，從根本上決定著(zhù)音樂(lè )教育的質(zhì)量。新課程需要具備新的教育觀(guān)念、知識結構、教育技能并集教學(xué)科研于1身的新型教師。本文主要從音樂(lè )教師應當具備的基本素質(zhì)、新時(shí)期的音樂(lè )教師應不斷改變思想觀(guān)念、提升音樂(lè )教師基本素質(zhì)的方法與途徑等方面對新時(shí)期國內中小學(xué)音樂(lè )教師應具備的素質(zhì)進(jìn)行了有益探討。

ABSTRACT

In advocates the education for all-around development under the educational reform background. The music education is an education for all-around development important aspect, has function which the moral education, the intellectual instruction and the sports cannot be substituted, but teachers quality has the direct influence to students body and mind development and the teacher own development, fundamentally is deciding the music education quality. The new curriculum needs to have the new education idea, the knowledge structure, the education skill sum aggregate teaching scientific research to a body new teacher. The quality, promotion music teacher basic aspect and so on quality method and measure from the traditional pattern which this article mainly which the music teacher must have the basic quality, the new time music teacher should have the quality which should have to new time domestic elementary and middle schools music teacher has carried on the discussion.
