當前高等職業(yè)教育人才培養模式研究

摘要：文章從高職教育人才培養模式的內涵入手，分析了當前高等職業(yè)教育人才培養具有人才層次的高級性、知識、能力的職業(yè)性、人才的技術(shù)性、培養手段的多樣性的特性，從專(zhuān)業(yè)設置、人才培養方案、教學(xué)改革與管理、過(guò)程控制與學(xué)生評價(jià)、教師隊伍建設等一系列環(huán)節著(zhù)手，從高職人才培養目標出發(fā)構建高職教育人才培養模式。
