普拉提核心訓練法對體育舞蹈素質(zhì)的影響探究論文

體育舞蹈被稱(chēng)之為“世界語(yǔ)言”,是人們最喜歡的體育運動(dòng)項目之一。由于體育舞蹈的歷史沿革不同以及不同地區的歷史、文化、生活習慣的不同。這就在一定程度上使得不同文化背景下誕生的體育舞蹈間存在著(zhù)顯性的差異。這種差異主要表現于體育舞蹈的形式、舞種、音樂(lè )等等內外在形式上。體育舞蹈為了突出其剛柔相濟,動(dòng)靜結合的美感,其的成套動(dòng)作要求每個(gè)動(dòng)作之間要有大小、高低、快慢、強弱、緩急、正側、主賓、虛實(shí)、方圓、奇偶、斷續、頓挫等變化。要想將體育舞蹈達到如此程度就需要過(guò)硬的基礎素質(zhì)。因此,除具有天生遺傳的因素之外,后天的系統性訓練也占很大的比重。在體育舞蹈訓練中要改變正常的人體的體態(tài)習慣,達到肢體運動(dòng)自如,能夠完全靈活的支配身體各個(gè)關(guān)節以及肌肉,既要有很強的柔韌性,又要有很強的力度,要達到體育舞蹈動(dòng)作所追求的美而不硬的地步,這樣才能體現舞蹈在三維空間中以身體作為語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行交流的肢體語(yǔ)言。
本文在研究的過(guò)程中大量走訪(fǎng)相關(guān)專(zhuān)家、體育院校與舞蹈教師和專(zhuān)選生,同時(shí)現場(chǎng)觀(guān)摩體育舞蹈授課過(guò)程,從中了解和發(fā)現,當前我國大多數高校的教師在進(jìn)行體育舞蹈訓練時(shí)都是以舞種基本步型練習和舞蹈套路為主要訓練內容,舞蹈技能訓練著(zhù)重以教師帶動(dòng)群體學(xué)員經(jīng)過(guò)單一動(dòng)作到復合組合技巧型訓練為主,以外在肢體的訓練為中心。這一現象表明,教師都比較注重舞蹈技能的訓練,而忽視運動(dòng)員的基礎體能素質(zhì)的基礎訓練。
本研究運用實(shí)驗法等方法對星光藝術(shù)學(xué)校青少年體育舞蹈班的兩組教學(xué)進(jìn)度相同的學(xué)生共 20 人(每組 10 人將學(xué)生分成實(shí)驗組和對照組)進(jìn)行為期 6 個(gè)月的普拉提核心力量訓練手段的實(shí)驗研究,來(lái)探討分析普拉提核心訓練法對舞蹈專(zhuān)選學(xué)生基礎素質(zhì)的影響。根據實(shí)驗結果數據的分析得出主要結論如下:
1、普拉提核心力量訓練方案可以改善體育舞蹈專(zhuān)選生的身體形態(tài)指標,在舞蹈動(dòng)作中保持良好身體姿態(tài)起到一定的促進(jìn)作用。
2、普拉提核心力量訓練方案使體育舞蹈專(zhuān)選生的基礎力量素質(zhì)得到了一定程度的提高。
3、普拉提核心力量訓練方案在體育舞蹈專(zhuān)選生的柔韌素質(zhì)的提升方面果效果不太顯著(zhù),相對于與一般力量訓練效果差異不明顯。
4、普拉提核心力量訓練方案可以提高體育舞蹈專(zhuān)選生的機體平衡素質(zhì)和協(xié)調素質(zhì),而且相對于一般力量訓練提升的幅度較為顯著(zhù)。
5、普拉提核心力量訓練方案提高了體育舞蹈專(zhuān)選生的舞蹈技巧動(dòng)作云里翻的演練水平,效果優(yōu)于一般力量訓練。

Abstract
Sports dance known as the “world language”, is one of the people's favoritesports. Because of the history of the sports dance and different in different parts of thehistory, culture, different living habits. It is to a certain extent, makes the differentcultural background of the birth of sports dance there are apparent differencesbetween. These differences mainly in the form of sports dance, dance, music and soon different forms. Sports dance in order to highlight the sofe, action combined withaesthetic feeling, the complete set of action requires each action should be betweensize, height, speed, strength, priorities, the positive side, guest, the actual, fangyuan,parity, intermittent stall, changes, etc. To the sports dance requires good quality tosuch a degree. Therefore, besides has the natural genetic factors, the systemic trainingalso accounts for the large proportion of the day after tomorrow. In sports dancetraining to change the normal human body posture habits, to exercise the body freely,can completely at the mercy of the flexible joints and muscles, the body should havevery strong flexibility, and has a strong strength, to achieve sports dance movement'spursuit of beauty and not hard, so as to reflect the dance in the three-dimensionalspace to the body as a language of body language in communication.
Based on the research in the process of a large number of visits and danceteachers and relevant experts, sports colleges elective, the scene watch sports danceteaching process at the same time, learn about and found that the current our countrythe majority of teachers in colleges and universities sports dance training is basic steptype practice and dance routines as the main training content, dance skills training ondrive group students by teachers after a single action to the composite typecombination skills training is given priority to, other than in the physical training forthe center. This phenomenon shows that teachers are more pay attention to thetraining of dance skills, but ignore the athletes on the basis of the basic training ofphysical quality.
This study using the method of experimental method of starlight art collegesports dance is choosing raw (20 students were divided into experimental group andcontrol group, each group had 10 people) for 6 months of pilates core strengthtraining means of experiment and research of core pilates training method arediscussed to affect dance elective students'
basic quality According to the results of the experiment data analysis of the mainconclusions are as follows:
1, Pilates core strength training scheme can improve the indexes of body buildsports dance is choosing raw, maintain good posture in the dance movements play arole in promoting.
2, Pilates core strength training program that sports dance elective power qualityhas been the basis of a certain degree of increase.
3, Pilates core strength training program in sports dance elective flexible qualityhas less significant effect of fruit, compared with no obvious difference with generalstrength training effect4, Pilates core strength training program can improve the quality of sports dance ischoosing raw body balance and coordinate the quality, and relative to the generalstrength training, boost the size of the more significant.
5, Pilates core strength training scheme improves the sports dance is choosing rawdance exercise level skill moves in the cloud, is better than general strength training.
